The embossed can was developed for Kirin Beverage’s new product, “Fire” coffee. The embossed fire on the can panel stresses the concept of this product that is “coffee beans roasted on an open fire”.

materials & dimensions:
The embossing is carried out by a steel mold being pushed to the external surface of the can. For registered embossing, there are photo sensors installed in the embossing equipment, which detect register marks printed on the can bodies. The allowances on registered embossing are within +/- 0.5 mm.
