photo gallery: Harry Potter Coca Cola Can
2- piece beverage can
Unlike conventional DWI cans having internal coverage with spray lacquer, the internal and external surfaces of TULC are covered with polyester films. The Waterless Plate Printing technology was established through the development of inks that are dewettable against silicon rubber on the waterless plate and the inker modification for better ink temperature control.
benefits:As no spray lacquer is used, the coating and curing processes are no longer required and thus carbon dioxide emissions were greatly reduced. TULC is the can friendly to the environment: as the coolant used for conventional DWI cans became unnecessary, almost all of the effluent water and solid industrial wastes generated from the can washing process were eliminated.
market response:Increase in sales.
